Fındık yetiştiriciliğinde file örtü ile hasadın hasat maliyeti ve meyve kalitesine etkileri

Özet:

Fındık yetiştiriciliğindeki maliyet unsurları içerisinde en büyük payı hasat masrafları oluşturmaktadır. Hasat maliyetinin azaltılması için tarımsal mekanizasyon yöntemlerinin kullanılması önem arz etmektedir. Ancak, fındıkta mekanik hasat olanaklarını kısıtlayan birçok faktör bulunmaktadır. Fındıkta hasat maliyetinin düşürülmesi için farklı topografik ve bahçe koşullarına uygun hasat makinalarının ve/veya diğer alternatif yöntemlerin geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, file örtü kullanımının fındıkta hasat maliyeti ve meyve kalitesi üzerine etkileri belirlenmiş ve fındık hasadında kullanılabilirlik durumu ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda, file örtü ile hasat yönteminde birim alan başına iş başarısı 0,15 da/h iken, geleneksel hasatta 0,045 da/h olmuş; dolayısıyla alan iş başarısı geleneksel hasada göre 3,33 kat daha yüksek bulunmuştur. File örtü ile hasat yönteminde, geleneksel hasada göre hasat maliyeti %22,9 daha düşük, randıman değeri ise %3,87 daha yüksek olmuştur. File örtü ile hasat yönteminde hasat maliyetinin azaltılması ve randımanın artırılması sonucunda %29,8 gelir artışı elde edilmiş, bu değer eğimli arazide %43,8'e ulaşmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, mekanik hasat yöntemlerinin uygulanamadığı koşullarda, fındık hasadında file örtünün başarılı bir şekilde kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

Harvest is the biggest cost factor in hazelnut growing. It is important to use agricultural mechanization methods in order to reduce the harvest cost. However, there are many factors that limit the mechanical harvesting possibilities of hazelnut. In order to reduce the harvesting costs of hazelnut, it is necessary to produce harvesting machines suitable for different topographic and orchard conditions or develop alternative methods for harvesting by machine. In this study, the effects of the use of net cover on the harvest cost and nut quality were determined and the usability in hazelnut harvest was revealed. As a result of the research, while the fieldwork success in the net cover harvesting method was 0,15 da/h, it was 0,045 da/h in the traditional harvest. So fieldwork success of net cover harvesting method was found to be 3,33 times higher than the traditional harvest. The harvesting cost was 22,9% lower and commercial kernel ratio was 3,87% higher in the net cover harvesting method compared to the traditional harvest.As a result of reducing the harvesting cost and increasing the yield in the net cover harvesting method, an income increase of 29,8% was achieved. This value reached 43,8% in the sloping land. The obtained results showed that the net cover can be used successfully in hazelnut harvest in conditions where mechanical harvesting methods cannot be applied.
