Bu makalede dua etmenin kulluk bilincine etkisi incelenecektir. Keli-me anlamı olarak isteme ve talep etme manalarına gelen dua, esasın-da kulluk bilincini inşa edebilen Mü’min için bir irade beyanıdır. Kulluk bilincini oluşturamayan kul için dua, normal koşullar dışında beşer ol-manın sınırlarına katıldığı her ciddi sorunda, fıtratına uygun olarak ya-ratıcıyı hatırlama ve çözüm odaklı anımsamadır. Sürecin kendi aleyhine işlemesi sebebiyle çözüm odaklı yapılan bu dua çeşidi, bilinç sağlama-da hiçbir etkiye sahip olmayıp sorunun çözülmesiyle sona ermektedir. Oysa irade beyanı seviyesinde yapılan dua, insanın içinde bulunduğu hal ile Allah’ın istediği hal arasındaki mesafenin bilincinde gerçekleş-mekte ve hedef olarak Allah’ın iradesine erişme çabasını içermektedir. Dolayısıyla dua, salt bir talepte bulunmanın aksine zihnî ve amelî ma-nada değişim için sergilenen gayrettir. Bu sebeple Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in nü-zulü döneminde de bir taraftan zihinsel bağlamda Allah inancı inşa edi-lirken aynı anda dua anlayışı da şekillendirilmekteydi. Nihayetinde amaç, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de ifade edildiği gibi insanı değerli kılan bilinçli ubûdiyet ve duaya ulaşılmasıdır.
In this paper, the effect of praying on consciousness of being the slave of Allah will be investigated. Prayer, literally means asking and clai-ming, in fact is a declaration of intention for the Believer (Mü'min) who can build consciousness of being the slave of Allah. For the "worship-per" who can not build such a consciousness, prayer is a remembrance of the Creator and a solution oriented recalling of Him in every serious problem that comes through the border of being human under non-standard circumstances, which isconcordant to his / her nature. This type of solution oriented prayer has no effect on building consciousness and it ends when the problem is solved because of the process opera-ting against it. However, prayer that is made on the level of declaration of intention occurs within the awareness of the distance between the current situation of the person and the situation that is the will of Al-lah, and this prayer includes the struggle for reaching the intention of Allah as the target. Thus, on the contrary of being a sole demand, pra-yer is an effort exhibited for a change in the mental and the functional sense.For this reason, also in revelation period of the Glorious Qur'an, on one hand, belief in Allah in the mental context was being built whi-le on the other hand, sense of prayer was being shaped. Ultimately, aim is to reach conscious worshipping and prayer that dignifies humans as mentioned in the Glorious Qur'an.
