Özet

This study was supported by TUBITAK-BİDEB of secondary school teachers (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics and computer) to conduct scientific research projects and students to develop their ability to make scientific advice have been conducted. For this purpose, 21-25 January 2008 in Tokat 54 teacher workshop was held to reach a goal whether or not reached, teachers' professional development contribution of whether the month since the event's evaluation of teacher gender, age, industry, alumni, their faculties, seniority, their provincial officials and the impact of the school and the not investigated. Data collection and evaluation activities before and after the survey, events and observations made during qualitative interviews of semi-structured interviews were determined to achieve the objectives of the workshop. In-service courses is made in a similar way to the workshop to teachers' professional development will be more useful and productive to suggest.
