Özet

The use of Language dictionaries, especially electronic during teaching, helps to strengthen the linguistic outcome of students. Based on the qualitative leap in the world of technology and education, it was necessary for us today to work on using these electronic dictionaries and smart applications in teaching Arabic to Non-Native speakers and during translation as well. The problem posed by the research is: How can we take advantage of the electronic dictionaries available in our hands during translation into the Arabic Language from foreign Languages (Turkish Language) in particular, and what are the classes of those dictionaries and their effective role in translation and education for Non-Native speakers. This research will establish whether or not we need new dictionaries to serve the Arabic language, both electronically and in the library. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method and the quantitative method, in addition to some questionnaires and their analysis to reach the perceptions of the students at the University of May 19 in Samson City.
