Özet

Ülkeler arasında para kullanılmaksızın mal değişiminde bulunulması iş‐ lemine “takas usulü ticaret” denir. İkinci Dünya Savaşı öncesi ve savaş yılların‐ da ülkelerin nakit para sıkıntısı yaşaması takas usulü ticareti ön plana çıkar‐ mıştır. Bu dönemde Türkiye de çekilen nakit sıkıntısı yüzünden takas usulü ti‐ carete başvuran ülkelerdendir. Hatta takas usulü ticaretin Türk dış ticaretin‐ deki payı savaş yıllarında %80’lere kadar ulaşmıştır. Türkiye bu dönemde ye‐ raltı madenlerine ve tarım ürünlerine karşılık sanayi ürünleri almıştır

"Barter trade procedure" is making a process of exchange of goods be‐ tween countries without the use of money Monetary shortages before the Se‐ cond World War and during the war years has highlighted the barter style trading. Because of the shortage of cash taken in this period, Turkey has ap‐ plied to trade barter procedure. In fact,in the Turkish foreign trade the share of barter trade in the procedure during the war years reached up to 80%.During this period Turkey has taken the industrial products for agricultural products and mineral resources.
