Özet

An eight year-old female cat suffering from abdominal swallowing and weight loss was presented in this case. Masses in the liver revealed by ultrasonography and marked increases of serum AST, ALT and ALP activities allow the diagnosis of hepatic neoplasm. Numerous immature, pleomorphic, sinusoidal endothelial cells invading the normal parenchyma have been evidenced by histology and metastasis in the mesentery root and in the peritonea have been evidenced and the certainty diagnosis of primary hepatic hemangiosarcoma, which is an exceptional pathological entity in the cat, was established in this case.
