Özet

Pulmonary aspergillosis is rare but potentially fatal infectious disease which is seen in immune compromised patients. Most of the cases are seen in patients who used chemotheraphy for hematological malignancies, bone marrow or solid organ transplant patients, patients with primer immune deficiency. The patient's immune system and the morphological changes in lungs determine course of infection. Angioinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis (invasive pulmonary aspergillosis) is usually seen in patients with neutropenia and late diagnosis can be fatal. With this case we discussed the radiological findings and the course of rapid growing pulmonary aspergillosis in a 5 year old patient with acute lymphoblastic leuchemia who applied with neutropenia, cough and high fever. Magnetic resonance imaging findings done to avoid the harmful affects of radiation because of lung roentgenograms and computerized tomography were also discussed.
