Özet

In order to make effective the process of teaching and learning, it is necessary to establish a peculiar relationship between teachers and students who are the actors of the process. In another words, it should be established a kind of very specific tie between teachers and students. Through empathic thought and behaviour teachers can give importance to their students and seem more human and more sincere towards them.
