Özet

All-ceramic dental restorations are popular because they provide superior esthetics and better biocompatibility than traditional porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations. Several factors influence the strength of a ceramic crown, including the shape of the prepared tooth, the all-ceramic crown system used, thickness of the porcelain crown, defects within the porcelain, and luting cement systems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different resin cements on the fracture loads of aluminium oxide and lithium disilicate all-ceramic crown systems.
