Koyunlarda dogal sarcoptic uyuzun ivermectin ve phoxim ile sagaltımı

Özet

Sarcoptic uyuzla doğal enfekte, yaşları 6 ay - 4 yaş arasında değişen 40 baş koyunda ivermectin (lvomecR) ve Phoxim (SebacilR) in klinik etkileri araştırılmıştır. Tüm hayvanlarda sağaltım öncesi deri kazıntısı alınarak parazitolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Enfekte koyunlar 15, 15, 5 ve 5 olmak üzere 4 gruba ayrılmıştır. Birinci gruba 2 gün arayla iki kez O .2 mg/kg dozda deri altı yolla ivermectin enjekte edilmiştir. İkinci gruba ise 1O gün arayla iki kez % O.2’lik Phoxim emülsiyonu koyun başına 2.5 litre hesabıyla yıkama şeklinde kullanılmıştır. Diğer iki grup ise kontrol olarak bırakılmıştır.

Birinci uygulamada İvermectin'in etkisi % 80, Phoxim'in etkisi % 86.6, ikinci uygulamada ise her iki ilacın etkisi de % i00 olmuştur.

Sağaltım sonrası 28, 42 ve 56. günlerde deri kazıntısı alınarak yapılan parazitolojik incelemelerde hayvanların hiç birinde Sarcoptes ovis'e rastlanmamıştır.

Koyunlarda ivermectin ve phoxim'e bağlı zehirleme belirtileri görülmemiştir.

The effects of (IvomecR) and Phoxim (SebacilR) were studied against sarcoptic mange in sheep. Forty animals 6 months to 4 years old were used in this study. The skin scrapings were examined for sarcoptic mites bifore treatment.

The infected sheep were divided intofour groups (Group I, ll, III and IV) each containing 15, 15, 5 and 5 animals, respectively. Group 1 was treated with twice subcutaneous injection of ivermectin at O.2 mg/kg of body weigh at day O and 21. 0.2 % of phoxim emulsion was administered twice at day O and 1O as dipping in Group ll. Group III and IV were used as untreated controls.

Efficacy of ivermectin and phoxim was found to be 80 % and 86.6 %, respectively at the first application . However, complete elimination of sarcoptic mange mites occurred af ter the second appfication.

There was no mange mites in sheep 28, 42 and 56 days after treatment.

In both treatment groups no side effects could be noted due to ivermectin and

phoxim.
