Özet

The ideal graft material for maxillary sinus augmentation is still a matter of controversy and the search for a more appropriate bone substitute for use continues. The aim of this study was to evaluate bone formation as a sign of the regeneration following maxillary sinus augmentation in rabbits using 3 different biomaterials, one of which is a newly developed graft material; calcified triglyceride bone cement (CTBC).
