Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Yükseköğretim Kurumu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında kayıtlı liderlik özellikleri konusunda yazılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarını içerik analizi ile incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini YÖK veri tabanında yer alan liderlik özellikleri konulu 136 yüksek lisans ve 14 doktora tezi olmak üzere toplam 150 lisansüstü tez oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, en fazla tezin 2014-2015 yılları arasında yayımlandığı ve bu konuda en çok katkının Marmara Üniversitesi tarafından sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca liderlik özellikleri konulu tezlerin genellikle yüksek lisans düzeyinde olduğu ve çalışmalarda ağırlıklı olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the postgraduate thesis studies on the registered leadership characteristics of the Higher Education Council (YÖK) National Thesis Center database with content analysis. The sample of the study consists of a total of 150 graduate theses, including 136 masters and 14 doctoral dissertations on the leadership traits in the YÖK database. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the most thesis was published between 2014-2015 and the most contribution was provided by Marmara University. In addition, it is determined that the theses on leadership characteristics are generally at the graduate level and the studies mainly use quantitative research methods.
