The aim of this paper is to search the revolting process of Kharijites from The Caliph Ali depending on the source materials. In this article it has been searched that the Kharijities took part in stopping the war, appointing judge, and writing tahkimname. It has also been tackled in this study that they, revolting from Ali, got together in Harura and left the city by choosing their leader. These results have been reached in this paper: In the course of writing tahkimname the Kharijities opposed arbitration because of the "title argument", they left The Caliph because he didn't give up his decision of arbitration and thereby the developments made them right.
