Amaç – Bu çalışmanın amacı günümüzde önemini her geçen gün arttıran, Covid-19 sürecinde önemi daha da çok artmış olan lojistik sektörünün ve lojistikle ilgili bazı sektörlerin, işe alımlarda hangi kriterleri aradıklarını tespit etmeye çalışmaktır. Yöntem – Veriler Türkiye’deki en sık kullanılan kariyer sitesinden birisinin arama kısmına “Lojistik” anahtar kelimesi yazılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışma boylamsal bir çalışmadır. Bu nedenle çalışmanın ilk verileri 2020 Ekim ayına ait 75 ilandan, ikinci verileri 2022 Ocak ayına ait 163 ilandan oluşmaktadır. Veriler JAMOVI programında analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada 13 kriter belirlenmiş ve karşılaştırmalı bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Covid-19’un ilk yılı ile ikinci yılının sonlarına doğru çıkan ilanlara bakıldığında sektörle ilgili ilan sayıların 2 kat arttığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca tecrübe ve MS Office programları bilgisinin sektör açısından önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İlan veren firmaların %49’u lisans mezunu aramaktadır. 2020 yılındaki ilanlarda iktisadi ve idari bilimler mezunu aranmazken 2022 yılındaki ilanlarda iktisadi ve idari bilimler fakültesi mezunlarının da istihdam edilmek istendiği tespit edilmiştir. Tartışma – Çalışma sonucunda Covid-19 sürecinde lojistik sektörünün öneminin oldukça fazla arttığı görülmüş ve ilanlarda da buna bağlı bir artış olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sektörde çalışmak isteyen kişilerin bilgisayar, yabancı dil bilgisine sahip olması ve tecrübeli olmaları beklenmektedir. Bu durumda sektörde çalışacak kişilerin, öncesinde staj gibi uygulamalara önem vermeleri gerektiği, eğitimleri süresince bilgisayar bilgilerini ve yabancı dil bilgilerini geliştirmeleri gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Purpose – This study aims to determine what criteria the logistics industry and some logistics-related sectors, whose importance is increasing daily and whose reputation has increased even more in the Covid-19 process, are looking for in recruitment. Design/Methodology/Approach – The data were collected by typing the keyword "Logistics" in the search section of one of Turkey's most frequently used career sites. The study is a longitudinal study. For this reason, the first data of the study consists of 75 announcements for October 2020, and the second data consists of 163 reports for January 2022. The data were analyzed in the JAMOVI program. 13 criteria were determined in the study, and a comparative evaluation was made. Findings – When the advertisements published towards the end of the first year and the second year of Covid-19 were examined, it was seen that the number of ads related to the sector increased by two times. In addition, it has been determined that experience and knowledge of MS Office programs are essential for the sector. 49% of companies that advertise are looking for a bachelor's degree. While economic and administrative sciences graduates were not sought in the announcements in 2020, it was determined that the graduates of the faculty of economics and administrative sciences also wanted to be employed in the announcements in 2022. Discussion – As a result of the study, it has been observed that the importance of the logistics sector has increased considerably during the Covid-19 process, and determined that there is a corresponding increase in advertisements. People who want to work in the sector must have a computer, foreign language knowledge, and experience. In this case, it has been concluded that the people working in the sector should give importance to practices such as internships before improve their computer and foreign language knowledge during their education.
