Özet

School management is a sub-system of educational administration and is not independent of it. Most of the administrative ethics and moral principles applicable to management are also applicable to schools. The school is where moral behavior is learned and gained. In the creation of a moral and conscious society, the school has important tasks. When the school effectively fulfills these tasks, it imposes significant responsibilities for school administrators and the school community. The school administrator must make administrative ethics values and take care to apply them. This study is a research based on screening of literature. The purpose of this study is to make a critique of ethics, morality and nafs in school management based on the screening of literature. Thus, it was thought to create awareness by drawing attention to the subject. The importance of competence has been mentioned in appointing the school administrator. On the other hand, it emphasized the necessity of giving priority to ethical behaviors as well as avoiding the intentional use of the management processes,
