Özet

Sjogren's syndrome is a slowly progressive autoimmune disease. Neurological involvement occurs in approximately 20-25% cases in Sjogren's syndrome. 87% of the neurological involvement is peripheral nervous system, almost 13% in the form of central nervous system involvement. Affected central nervous system may show similar clinical and radiological findings as in multiple sclerosis (MS). In this paper, a 43-year-old patient is discussed who was referred with the complaint of dizziness, there was MS- like lesions in brain imaging studies and was diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome. MS- like clinical and radiologic tables can be seen, albeit rarely in Sjogren's syndrome. In these cases, early diagnosis and early treatment for the sjögren has a great importance for the prognosis of the disease.
